When we receive machines, they arrive to us in a variety of conditions dependant on where they come to us from. Some have been in storage for some time and some have come straight from sites.
When sorting our machines, we firsly test all the relevant parts, motors and run the chillers down to food standards (where chillers are involved). We replace all damaged/failed parts to get the machine to full working order.
However, some machines come in requiring a lot of 'tlc' to get them site acceptable both inside and outside.
Through our refurbishment grading, we can have a machine sent out requiring your time to clean and maintain at a lower price, all the way to us fully cleaning, painting and configuring a machine to your requirements.
Grade A and B sales for cold drink, snack and food machines include serviced and warrantied chillers. We do offer a parts warranty at all price lines but longer warranties are included with higher grade purchases. Coin mechs are also included at each price range and are serviced and updated to take all the current coins (5p, 10p, 20p, 50p £1 and £2). GRADE A
This is our 5* treatment!
We take one of our machines, one that has got an exterior that is nearly perfect, with minimal markings and prepare it too as close showroom standard as we can.
If required that involves us cleaning, preparing and respraying the exterior.
We then take out some of the inner parts and clean them thoroughly.
We then set up the machine accordingly to suit customer needs and have the chiller serviced (where a chiller is required).
We then offer a warranty of 90 days for parts per machine.
GRADE B
In addition to grade C, we give the outside and the roof of the machine a full clean and remove labels.
We also remove excessive amounts of dirt from the inside and ensure all fittings are secure. We finally set up the machine to how the customer requires and the machines come with a warranty of 60 days for parts.
GRADE C
We take a fully working machine and check it for excessive amounts of wear and dirt and make sure the machine is site useable but will require a customer to clean both inside and outside.
This does still offer a warranty of 30 days for parts.
